Im guessing that the diagram is from a LHD vehicle and the vent your looking for is on the passenger side due to being RHD.

Oh! Never considered that! The manual normally informs you when that happens. I'll check it out shortly. Cheers mate

    A friendly word of warning.

Take off the rubber sealing strip across the full width of the car and remove the scuttle panel.

Then get a vacuum cleaner and get rid of the leaves in the plenum chamber under the scuttle panel.

My previous car a C6 was parked under a tree for a while. A few days later the carpets were sodden wet. Trying to work out where the water had come from I found the plenum chamber full of water (run-off from the windscreen and roof). A rummage near the centre line of the car found the drain had been blocked by leaves. The car recovered and ran fine, but only for 2 years. It then had numerous electrical faults which were traced to a rotten wiring loom and some pieces of equipment. I lost about £3k disposing of the car as uneconomic to repair.

C7 does have a bigger plenum chamber drain, but I always check mine when the cover is removed.

    John.
