    Hi,

Im trying to locate controller J519 using my Erwin manuals, however im struggling a little. Is it burred deep behind all this? Ive got to the point where im trying to remove the relay carrier as per instructions, but Im not sure I have been able to follow them correctly.

I basically just want to unplug plug 1 on J519 to test continuity between it (pin 4), and the G395 sensor as its not currently measuring, however has a healthy supply.

any help would be appreciated as these manuals are not always the easiest to follow! 20190209_151124.jpg

Yes very deep. I had to do the same job on a 2015 CC on Tuesday to test the wiring to the screen wash pump... £650 fitted and programmed for a new J519...... just for the flipping screen wash!

Not quite sure what you intend to remove, but to accesss HUD or remove it you need to remove quite a lot of other stuff. This is on various pages in the manual, so better to get the complete document from https://erwin.audi.com/. It does not cost much, you can surf the documant titles before buying the access (look at Body repairs interior). Then with few quids you can then download pdf files as you wish.
