    Hi,

I have a GOLF S BLUEMOTION TDI MK6 (2011). When I first got this vehicle, one push of the unlock button on the keyfob would unlock all the doors and tailgate.

Now, for some unknown reason, one push on the unlock button on the keyfob will unlock all the doors but not the tailgate. To unlock the tailgate I then have to push the tailgate unlock button on the keyfob whilst I have my hand on the tailgate handle (VW Badge).

Please, can anyone here inform me how to return the central locking system to the state it was in when I first got the vehicle? (one push of the unlock button on the keyfob would unlock all the doors and tailgate).

    Thanks and regards.

Do the rear screen wash and the tailgate tailgate open light on the dash work?

Not sure about the rear screen wash but the tailgate open light on the dash definitely works. Also we've reset the Volkswagen Information System menus on the dash back to factory settings. Problem still persistent.

Okay, thanks for taking a look at this. We'll have to get someone else to check the code now.
