A6 All Road (2015) replacement air suspension compressor recommendation?

Hi folks,

sad face; my beloved A6 all road suspension died — looks like the compressor (only 4 years old!) and I need a new one.

The official Audi part is > £1k + vat, which is crazy expensive.

Looking online it’s reasonable to presume that an after market option might be available, but i’ve no idea who to trust.

I’d greatly welcome a recommendation, if you have one please.

Yeah, bagpipingAndy is a guru on C5 allroad air bags. Don't know about C7 ones though, but a quick search found this:

I guess there are more options out there though.

I tried them, but they didn't answer the phone so I didn't want to risk placing a web order.

In the end I found another German company, Aerosus, with a part for £315 inc VAT Audi A6 C7 4G Avant Air Suspension Compressor - 4G0616005C | Aerosus
A local audi specialst fitted the pump and relay for £140.

Brilliant; Audi wanted £1750 to supply and fit; in the end the repair cost me £500. I call that a result.
