    hi looking for a engine wiring diagram also can anyone tell me what volts i should have at the camshaft sensor plug wires 1 2 3 and what number pins they go to at the ecu?

    I don’t have those details but I can tell you the camshaft sensor on the bxe is very prone to total failure. Im not sure if that’s your problem but if it is use vcds to confirm, if you don’t have that a failed sensor will mean the car takes an extra second or so to start

    thanks for your reply i have changed the sensor and still takes a few seconds to start and have to press accelerator.and is lumpy on tick over.

    Have you access to any diagnostics to confirm the camshaft sensor is bad or any other problems? Im pretty sure a failed camshaft sensor wouldnt cause the engine to run lumpy although it would cause it to start slower.
