Shuddering Under Hard Acceleration

Good evening guys! Having a slight issue on my Passat Estate, basically the whole car is shuddering when under hard acceleration in 5th and 6th gear at around 70-80mph? The car has recently been remapped but have been assured its not the map, the map feels amazing up untill this point. Has anyone else had any experience with this kind of problem? Any advice is very much appreciated

Car is a 2014 Passat Estate 2.0tdi 140bhp

The very first step, as a remapping chap, would be to restore the map to factory and see what happens, this will give a definitive answer.

I've got the guy coming out today to have a look at it, so hopefully he removes it and tests without it, I'll update the post with the results later

Ohh no, another man in a van remap, quite often disastrous.

Yep, I'm hoping not disastrous as the amount of positive feedback the guys had is amazing.. I might just be unlucky

If it was OK before but not after, my guess is.....ohhh you've guessed it.

Quick update on symptoms.... The shudder happens in 4th,5th,6th gear very briefly, and only once the car has warmed up. 4th gear is around 44mph up to 48 then it disappears, 5th around 70mph till 76 then disappears and 6th is around 80mph. Remap guy hasn't been out to check yet so I'm still checking all possible options
