    Default Parcel shelf clip – 29-12-2018,09:39 AM
    Audi a7 2012 My clip broke which holds the shelf covering the window I have a replacement clip do I need to remove the hole trim to get the old part out or can I prise it and slip the other 1 in? Does anybody now?

    You need to remove the whole trim. there is a hidden screw holding the clip in place.

    How much were you charged for the clip. I think £15 on ebay.

    I glued mine with Gorilla glew.

    Yes £15 on eBay I needed grey no grey available although you don't see it when it is clipped.in

    Yes managed to do it take back trim.off then side needed. Hidden screw I drilled a whole popped it through put it back together and done

    Well no me lol somebody else

    Removing panels is scary as the feel./ sound they will break. Thanks

    So you bought the repair kit 4G8 898 283 B DK1 (steel grey) from fleaBay for £15 when it retails at £13.27 from Audi or TPS?

    Not sure part number and yes fleabay paid £1.73 more if it is that much from eBay received next day also!
