    Are the lights/lamp working normally?

I got a similar light a few months back for one of the rear led indicators ... it wasn’t working/light was out; recirculated ignition and it was back to normal...working fine with no warning on dash ( I haven’t done an error scan right enough..) I just put it down to an intermittent gremlin etc

Light is out cold. Hope it's just the bulb. Seems impossible to reach the harness to even pull the connector out to see etc.

Ah missed it was a xenon bulb.. if it’s just bulb then surely straightforward. ( I was thinking led light fault etc)

Hopefully be able to find instructions how to swap out bulb online/ on here etc..

M31 is the Service Diagnose Code (SDC) for a standard incandescent non gas discharge light, the gas discharge bulb is L14 and dipping is by a screen motor V295 so this car has standard incandescent lights, not Xenon/HID oncoming traffic blinders. It is an H7 bulb. You gain access to the back of the headlight after jacking the car up, removing the wheel and removing the access panel in the arch liner, if it has the access panel, if not you have to remove the complete liner.

Isn't it nice that his car is sending him a Kiss, so sweet....

Lol more like it's indiscriminately winking at all oncoming cars right now

Challenge is also the car is booked for MOT on Monday at the dealership. Guess I'll end up paying a premium as there's no time to DIY it.

It takes 10mins to change the bulbs, you don't have to remove the wheel, if its drivers side bulb out put it full lock left, it'll give you enough room but its going to be fiddly. Your going to need some torx drivers, think its T25 for the access panel and something like T10 for the screw that holds the bulb in.

Its easier if you remove wheel but its not necessary. Good luck for MOT

We do it with the car in the air and wheel off as it is less struggle.
