S6 or RS6 Brakes?? –

Just looking for some opinions to help me make my mind up; Ive got a full set of S6 calipers and discs and set of RS6 calipers and discs to go on my BiTdi. Both are Brembo 6 pots with the S6 being 400mm and the RS6 ones 390mm diameter. The BiTdi has 356mm. The S6 are plain discs and RS6 are the drilled wavy style ones.
Just not sure which ones to put on. RS has got the premium price after wards for discs and pads where as the S6 has very reasonable pricing on discs and pads.
Which ever ones i end fitting i'll sell the other set and the Bitdi ones.
