Hi all, a friend of mine bought an alloy aftermarket rad for his 2007 gti and I gave him a hand fitting it to find it’s leaking at the quick release connectors where it connnects to the radiator.

Are there different hose sizes or has he bought the wrong radiator or something ? Everything bolts in as it should just the hose connections are leaking.

Any suggestions would be great, cheers

The fittings feel slightly loose when connected, o-rings look ok though I’m thinking the radiator is just a bad fit or the wrong one, didn’t leak with the original rad
