Hope this is the right place to post this if not could the mods move it to the right place thanks.

I have upgraded my infotainment system to Discover Pro MIB 2.5 with the 9.2 inch screen. Tried to play a DVD today it will not play and nor will any music CD's. Screen says reading CD or DVD then just goes back to radio. When I look in the source menu the CD/DVD icon is not active when one is in the player. Jukebox light active and so are the lights for for SD 1 and two when a card is in. What could be wrong? Could it be a coding issue or a fault with the glovebox unit?
