17069 ecu relay

Hi there
I'm having this problem with my bly 2.0 fsi engine
Car sometimes doesn't start. Cranks and sometimes run for a second then dies. Dash lights all normal.
Leave it for a few hours and it starts right up no problem.
If it happens to start the battery would drain in a few short hours.
Gave it a scan and got :
17069/P0685 - ECM Power Relay Control Circuit (J271): intermittent
Sounded like a sticking relay
Went ahead and swap the 2 460 relays under the driver side dash. No good.
Replaced the 2 relays. Same thing as well.
(I hope this is the correct relay)
I guess the next is to check the ecm and wiring (which I have minimal knowledge of)
What would be the next step? Appreciate any help

Checked all wiring to ecu and everything seems normal. Help anyone?

Removed and reconnected the battery. Cleared all codes. Now the car starts but it runs like crap for a few seconds then dies. Gave it another scan and this came up

16577 - Fuel Pressure Sensor (G247)
P0193 - 001 - Short to Plus

Quite unlikely to be the sensor itself that's faulty since I replaced it just 2 months back.

The ecm relay code didn't come back.

Do these codes point to ecu failure?
