Audi A6 2007 2.7TDI Parking brake malfuction.

Hello! One day i had a problem with parking ESP fault and parking brake malfuntion, I could not start the car or shift to N it was locked in Parking so i recovered the car to the service and they did manual release on it and checked the car with diagnostic tool and they said like there is "no communication with gearbox ECU at all" and all fuses where fine so they suggested me to take to different service because they can't do anything so i left the car there and after 2 days picked up the car again and i was curious and tried to start the car up and it did start and there where no faults in dashboard no flashing nothing and it was driveable.

I would like to hear your opinion about my car.

Could be lots of faults. Even weak battery could cause the problems. Could be ECU problem,EPB motor or its corroded wiring to blame...

Had similar on mine, turned out to be the brake light switch. It was causing all kinds of issues, stuck in park , limp mode etc.
