I’ve got issues with my brakes, vacuum pressure is gone 50% of the time so trying to check all vacuum hoses (hard work as diagrams online aren’t the best)

anyway taken this pipe off the servo and there’s oil in it? Is that right? I thought it was meant to be a vacuum line?

This is where the pipe goes into on the servo on the left hand side:

Thanks - is the oil in the pipe a definite symptom of this? Reason I ask is if I buy a second hand tandem pump how will I know it’s definitely working? I.e no oil?

    Thanks
