    Hi,

I was hoping to activate foot well lights while moving in my 2018 C7 Saloon SLine and can see that after the coding you need to go into the hidden menu. I can activate this via ODB 11 but the item "Car" does not show (as well as a few others)

I have the basic MMI and No tech Pack - is this why?

Obviously, i do have foot well lights, they illuminate when the doors are open (all four foot wells) and then slowly dim once doors are shut.

    Cheers

I activated footwell lighting on my 2015 facelift car using Carista. Just no brightness control via the mmi menus

The Hidden menu doesn't work the same in the Facelift MIB2 cars.

I activated the footwell lighting using stemei.de .Fahrzeugcodierungen .Codierungsservice .Webdesign - Stefan Meier - Ambientebeleuchtung - Fahrzeug Codierungen, Webdesign

Activation for the MMI MIB2 (facelift model) for the operability of the footwell lighting - Ambient lighting

    1. Select STG 5F (Infotainment)
    2. STG adaptation -> function 10
    3. Channel Channel (15) Vehicle Function list Select BAP interior light 0x08
    4. Set value to active
    5. Channel (16) vehicle Function list Select BAP interieur light 0x08 msg bus
    6. Set value to terminal15
    7. Channel (6) Vehicle Menu Operation Select menu display ambient illumination
    8. Set value to active
    9. (8) -Vehicle Menu Operation menu display ambient illumination over threshold high
    10. Set value to active
    11. MMI reset
(Press and hold the function key -1- (Menu), the confirm button -2- and the navigation key -3- at the same time.) The MMI then shuts down and restarts, takes about 60 seconds)

Thanks but unfortunately I am using ODB11 and non of that really correlates to what is seen on their interface (other than opening the 5F area)
