    will a set of 18 inch gti my 7 alloys fit my my 1.6 TDi s

    They do fit ! 195 65 15 with 47 offset was original size . 225 40 18 with 49 offset are replacement.
    I checked an online alloy wheel tool . Virtually no difference to speedo reading . No difference to scrub radius . Lots of room between inner wheel and suspension .

    Do you have a link for the online alloy wheel tool you mentioned? Might prove useful.
    Golf mk6 (2010) 1.6S TDI (105) 5 Door Shadow Blue
