Xenon bulb upgrade

Have today upgraded the xenon bulbs,D3S, in my A6 to the latest Osram xenarc nightbreaker laser. I can confirm that the improvement is substantial and in my view worth every penny though I did think them expensive when purchased. Fitting a bit off a faff , front wheels off , attack the wing liner but not that difficult, happy to advise if anyone needs it

Did you have std bulbs in? I upgraded mine last year but am tempted by the new ones. I can see difference between mine and wife's std ones in her mk7 gti.

yes standard bulbs but are actually Osram Xenarc electronic , part number 66340HBI, and the new ones are significantly better than the old ones
