Driving up the motorway yesterday, I experienced a sudden dip in engine power for 2-3 seconds before it picked up OK again. Have driven 20+ miles since without any issues. There was no indicator on the dash but stuck my code reader on, and it indicated a 16514 oxygen sensor malfunction. Have reset the code and will keep monitoring - but just wanted to confirm the two are likely to be linked?

    Thanks!

Just had a little bit of rough running at cold start this evening - so plugged code reader in and got a 16514 error logged again. So looks like that is ONE problem - but was just wondering if it would explain the dip in engine power the other day when engine was pretty warm, and revs reasonably high. Thoughts appreciated.

Well, it was MOT time so my indy just down the road swapped the sensor and it seems to have been fine since.
