    Hello,

I bought 4x new vredestein tyres in december last year. They've been looked after since then, had correct air pressure, no cuts/damage untill last week when i got my car in for a service and the mechanic showed me the front tyres. Both of them has a crack/cut on the inside sidewall. I sent pictures to the warehouse i bought them from but they said it looks like mechanical damage and would be pointless to go ahead with a claim(replacements). Now I'm wondering if they only say that to get away with it or it really is nothing to do with them?

    Thank you😁

Here's the pictures i sent to them:

I would check the dates on the tyres to see how old they are. Then get in touch with Vredestein customer service and see what response you get. What tyre pressure are you running as sidewalls on low profile tyres take a lot of pounding if the pressure is too low.

38 psi, which is recommended pressure. Vredestein customer service said to go thru the warehouse i bought them from. Also the warehouse said i have to pay the expenses if there's not a manufacturer defect
