2006 2.7tdi wiper issue

Hello all, I've joined to ask this question. I recently acquired a c6 and it has an intermittent wiper fault. When the fault is present the wipers don't work in any position, the auto headlight error also comes up and the dash lights go out but only when lights are on 'auto'. Fuse has been changed, now I'm thinking either relay or the stalk but it's working intermittently and today the errors came on and cleared so I switched the wipers on and the fault came on again and they became stuck on until it cleared. Hopefully someone can help, even just a wiring diagram would be great. Thanks.

The light sensor on the front of the rear view mirror maybe not working.

You need a scan to give the fault code.

It it could be a wiring issue/fuse issue or duff sensor.

You may have a coding error that could stop the sensor from working.
