A6 3.0T Boost Gauge

Hi guys, new to here.

Got a 3.0T C6 2009 and was wondering if, using VCDS to engage the lap timer, the boost gauge would work for supercharged cars? Should be able to, but not sure how the car reads boost.

The boost is measured with a MAP sensor and you can see this data in the OBD stream so you can use a port dongle to show that data in a number of ways.
