I was wondering the Audi Navigation Plus can be updated? I tried using SDHC cards in SD slot but they don't work. I checked and it is a pre 2010 navigation plus system which will only accept SD cards. My question is can

the system be flashed for SDHC cards to work - a bit like a motherboards BIOS? Also as my car is a late 2008 car. Can I use a Audi Navigation system from other models for it work or does a Navigation Plus System only

DVD? The system is annoying as it does not accept postcodes. Surely there must be an update on it

    any suggestions?

Audi Stopped developing the RNS-E (Audi Navigation Plus) over 10 years ago, there was an updated model had a media button rather then CD/TV button (That has SDHC & higher res screen). There are no firmware updates anymore for either the MK1 Or 2, and the last update for the MK1 RNS-E was in 2008 which gave software version 650. Your only option is to buy a MK2 unit or replace with an aftermarket system.
