    Hi

I have a Tdi 170 and would like to improve the handling of the car. Does anyone have any cheap suggestions? I know Tyres are the first choice. I was wondering if a engine strut or any bushes that makes the front end

more pointy. The 170 engine is good but under normal driving there is no difference between the 170 and the 140. I don't want to go down a remap route as I don't need loads of power which causes other problems i.e Turbo, DPF etc.

Does anyone have any tried and tested suggestions. Please send some useful links.

Looks like you're dismissing the two very best modifications you can do to a forced induction car .

They are both development refinements of shockingly poor "oh that will do" time and budget constraints .

The remapping also produces a much more drivable smoother & quieter engine and an Eibach Pro kit with Bilstein dampers a sportier yet more comfortable ride .

Definitely in the case of poor oem S-line shocks .
