When starting from cold the car really struggles have to crank it a few time before it fires. The flow plug light doesn't stay in for very long. Just replaced the collar sensor and is still doing it. Have u plugged the sensors the glow plug light stays in for longer and then will fire straight away. Is there something I'm Missing

For a start we need you car model so i can move it to the correct section.
    Scanned for codes?

Could be air leak in the fuel system rather than a glowplug issue.

If it is a 2003 model it could have glow plug monitoring and I would suspect you have a couple of failed glow plugs.
