Can anybody point me to a link to the correct page for My Audi? I know there have been some changes of late to the page(s) but I can no longer find the pages that allowed me to add POIs or My Special Destinations.

Web Login is dead for me also for several weeks. Gets to the page, shows the car but that's it. Android app still works, but all in all it's looking like a low level of commitment to "connectivity" :-/

Yes, looks like everything is via the mobile phone app. Very short-sighted of Audi.

myAudi is getting worse - in fact now utterly uselss. Android update to the app yesterday. Now says "myAudi was updated" "Could not update vehicle data: An unknown error occurred. Please try again.". Account settings doesn't work either. It's been like this for 24hrs now. Awful, awful service from Audi.

And now the myAudi website is borked for me too - showing errors and my car has disappeared "An error has occurred please try again"

An email to Andrew Doyle executive.office@audi.co.uk will get you a response from Audi UK out of VAG's Milton Keynes operation, as will sending a tweet to @Audiukcare. I've had good experiences with both routes.

I've noticed that using the new My Audi app and/or Google Maps makes it quite easy to send a destination to the car. Just a pain having to do it on my phone, when I prefer my laptop.

Have used the above email address in my response. Not acceptable. They should roll it back as they new site does f-all. They shouldn’t be rolling out this crap if they’re serious about playing in the online connectivity space. Amateurish...
