    Ps I know that link is showing for a3 8l---but if you look around-you wll see that the same unit was/is used in Mk5 golf's

    The link doesn't work, even with the gap removed.

    The RAC deleted the lights problem twice over a period of three weeks.

    Sorry to hear that--a look on the site With a little look see could well shed some light on it--but apologies for not being of any help at all, I am however sure that the same modual was used on that car and there are some basic resets too be done !! Sorry I was not of any use in this mater !!!

    I think you're looking for this;
    VW Golf (1K) Brake Electronics (MK60 - Ross-Tech Wiki)
    Obviously you'll need to be using VCDS.
