8K0 880 201 N does not exist, do you mean 8K0 880 201 AN? The AE is available in three colours, black grey and brown and is for the type 8K A4 and A5 from 2010>2016, the AN comes in grey, two shades of beige and black but was replaced by AL which comes in grey, 2 x beige and black and was used mainly on earlier 8K cars and is for wheels which are leather wrapped, multi-function/tiptronic and has the "S" emblem so basically the AN is early with a Slime badge and the AE/AL is 2010 ish> leather/multi-function/tiptronic without the slimy badge.

It is probably from an Exeo as that used a lot of Audi dash parts but it does not come up on a full brand scan of ETKA.
