SQ7 sos error.

Hi all. Our beautiful blue Q7 got crashed into. Fortunately the UTR footage has been invaluable as the other persons insurance is going to pay for a repair. In the meantime the insurance has sent me a 2018 SQ7. We like it (even though it has less toys).

The dash however keeps giving an SOS error. The sos side doesn’t even work as the Audi connect features have all been disabled. Does anyone know how to turn off the sos feature in OBD11?

Maybe that is appearing precisely because the SOS features have been disabled in a loan car???

Yes but it bleeps very loud every 2 minutes or so. When I put it on OBD11 it tells me there is a GSM antennae error.

Is the satnav location working ok? Just trying to think what else would rely on that functionality.

I had this exact same issue on my new Q7. Issues was a loose connection to the Ariel and was resolved. I know it is extremely annoying as the sound is horrible and loud that repeats after a min or 2. Should be a quick fix.

Problem is I can’t take it to Audi as it’s a loan car. I just want to turn the function off.
