Thank you for your reply was very helpful , I've the car booked in earliest is 3 weeks with main dealer , so thought I'd share the thread as seems that it's similar issue that wasn't resolved as of yet,. When the car glow plugs comes up the diagnostics reads several faults air bag abs tpsm but it's obvious that it's not all of them and one is triggering them all in the ecu ,. So far drive 50 miles today all good ,had the snap on diagnostics plugged in at work no issue as obviously as said it comes and goes , hopefully an easy fix as car runs smooth full of power and low milage ,. I'll let you know in 3 weeks when Audi have it in the workshop . Of noone has figured it out before...

When glow plug light stays lit after startup it has nothing to do with airbags, abs...
Proper VAG scan tool will pick up codes.
To shed any light exact codes are needed .
Its easy with cars now - warning lights appear only if codes are stored.

With a few unrelated errors like that have you checked the battery?
A dying battery can wreak havoc on electronics. Even though there’s enough power to start the car it might not be enough to keep everything running properly.

Ok so sat in my car on my break only put ignition on to listen to radio, the glow plugs yellow warning came on,. Decided to try and clear code wouldn't work, disconnected the battery came back 2 hours later reconnected it, didn't work glow plugs warning still present ,. I've left the car at work and company mechanic will get me the turbo pressure sensor as this is the main fault showing , if it works I'll be delighted as the Audi waiting list for the car to be done is weeks away, when the glow plugs warning comes on so does the tpms come on and the airbag and brakes and park brake so it seems to trigure alot of sensors even the left air vent sensor the roof antenna and the gearbox sensor , I'll keep you updated and if anyone else has had this issue please let me know . I'm trying to upload photos from my phone but having no luck,. New on here and I click images but not a button to say ok.

With many unrelated errors you have to consider it might be old battery even if it cranks fine.

Ok mechanic got a turbo boost pressure sensor also known as the dpf pressure sensor , has the 2 hose connected to it, he got it from his motor factors not the exact A6 190ps type but similar , didn't work car still in safety mode ,. So I'm going to Audi in the morning to buy the exact same sensor that's for my car , I spoke to a polish mate of mine and he called his mate who works for Audi as a mechanic and he said they had an Audi in with the same issue loads of faults coming up the turbo pressure sensor the main cause , they fitted a new sensor but didn't work and they realised after that the sensor has to be the exact same serial number etc , if the Audi is 190ps the 170ps or 140ps won't take to the car ,. They used the correct sensor and all perfect , I hope this is the case and mine will be ok tomorrow, if not this Audi mechanic will have a look after for me at his garage at his house.
