Thanks so much for the advice and the other links to YouTube etc 😊 really appreciate it 😊

I've ordered some pipe/clamps/connectors from Amazon which arrive tomorrow so that's my weekend job if i get the chance!

Another silly/ slightly worrying Q...in one of your posts you mentioned "the water is literally boiling so could blow a hose or head gasket"...

Is the purpose of the heater matrix reduce the water temperature? (i.e. if I'm bypassing it then I'm increasing the risk of blowing the head gasket?)

Just trying to understand my risk level on the motorway if i do bypass it as i need to do at least 25-30miles before temperature issue kicks in (guessing when car has warmed right up)

I'm on the motorway next week as im not using the car until next Weds so can try bypass/test/update everyone then 👍

    Cheers 🙂

Checked water in Expansion tank and has reduced (i drove 40 miles each way to work and back yest)

It's also making some odd sounds when I turn the engine off (not sure how to put a video up here)

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers
