Start stop at the lights then cut out... AA were out in 15 mins diagnosed the problem and now waiting for a tow.

Any idea what Audi assistance gives as a replacement car.

I think it dependant on the dealer.

I got a basic Q5, 1100 miles on the clock, when my e-tron was in for repair for 5 days.

But then I had booked the car in 8 weeks ago so I gave them time to find a "big car".

    Good luck

    Cheers

So Audi use enterprise for roadside recovery replacement.

They offered an X5 but Audi won’t pay for a non VW branded car so I’m getting a Touareg Monday

Seems like it a fuel pump failure

I got a brand new A6 recently. Nice and roomy, fuel efficient, 2.0L diesel had enough power, didn’t like the RHD pedal offset issue though (not an issue for Q7).

That’s strange as I got a Toyota Land Cruiser from Enterprise through Audi Assist a couple of months back

Mmm well they’re sending me a Touareg. I don’t really need a vehicle this week so I’m cool.

I really wanted the new Touareg but as it wasn’t available for a couple of days got the land cruiser.

Tell you what that’s one big car, so much space and much more of a pain to park than the Q7

Hope the fuel pump is sorted ASAP

If it’s a breakdown via Audi Assist they have to be on it within 48hours I believe - I had DPF issue and tried to get it in..2 weeks wait. MasterTech said call Audi Assist and we will check it out much quicker

If it’s simply a part replacement do you think it’ll be a special order part? Trying to get a view on when I can expect it back?
