Tailgate won't close

Hello everyone. My Passat b6 Estate haven't Power Tailgate(automatic lid with the button), and I have the following problem: When I close the tailgate, it won't close and lock. I took off the locking mechanism and disassemble it, and found what is the problem. When it is locked and press unlocking switch - the locking motor pushes the thumb and unlock tailgate, BUT it doesn't return and you can't close the tailgate and lock again. I measured the Switches in solenoid/motor and everything looks fine. Someone had this problem ? I think that the problem is in connection to boot lid/tailgate opening-closing control module or any defect in module....

P.S. Someone to know where is this "boot lid/tailgate opening-closing control module"

Just get a new or second hand lock and attach it to the wires. Some boot trim needs to be removed then all is good.
