Passat 2.0tdi A/C not working

Hi all,
I am having issues with my a/c on my Passat estate 2.0tdi. Iv seen quiet a few threads on ac issues but havnt been able to find one to help me. I will list issues & fault findings so far & hopefully someone can help me out.
First I checked to compressor & noticed the pulley was damaged, I ordered a recon (hopefully not faulty)got the Freon de gassed & fitted the new compressor. I checked to connector to the solinoid which was showing about 8v?. I then supplied power to the solinoid which you could hear engaging tho I know this is not 100% proof test. The car was re gassed but still no ac. The garage said a fault code for the pressure sensor showed. I changed the sensor behind the drivers light & still no ac. I checked the connect power supply & no power was delivered with the ac on or off. Is this normal? I'm not sure on fuse & relay(if used) locations? I also know the ac button light does display on when pressed, the blowers work, the aux & main fans do not engage when ac button is pressed. Any other advice or fault finding would be much appreciated

Did you get to the bottom of this? Assuming your system isn’t leaking, have you checked:

- Does compressor clutch engage when you press the AC button on
- Has the garage that did the regas top up the system to the correct pressure?
- You mentioned that the aux fan doesn’t engage at all. Have you checked all the fuse?
