Throttle body replacement

Hello guys
After replacing my throttle body and drive couple of miles the engine light came on.
Any suggestions?

Did you perform a throttle body adaptation with vcds? Which engine is it anyway?

I did but with other scan tool( ancel vd500)
It’s on Audi A6 c6 2.0 tdi 2008

Now I’ve tried to do throttle body alignment with vcds and it gives error group 060 not available. Any suggestions what this can be ?

I have the same problem with a friends car where he has just replaced the throttle body - did you manage to resolve this, and if so how?

The throttle body was bad from the factory and I had to replace it again
