Radio Not Working and Sat Nav has no Voice Command

Hi All,

I seem to have lost all of my radio stations and the radio does not scan anything when you search to put them in again. The radio on off button (the volume one) doesn’t turn the display off either.

I have recently discovered that the Sat Nav doesn’t give the audio instructions either, the map guidance is fine but no sound to it.

I’ve tried the hard reboot - set up, control knob and top right soft key but that hasn’t resolved anything.

I think I have the 3G system (with top hat on the toggle button).

Any ideas as it is driving me nuts with no music!!!

If vcds is error free and sd card audio or jukebox is ok, nothing to suggest then update sw and hope for the best!

sw is software, google for audi 3g high update and you find all very fast! But use vcds first, as radio no station can be also antenna or antenna amplifier error...but nav problem is mainunit related if other sounds are ok!
