As above I would like to fit an android device that has sat nav and everything else but also user friendly and being able to use steering wheels controls. I have the standard rcs310 if that helps.

Anyone know of any units that’s easy to fit?

    Ryan

Have a look for Pumpkin ones. They get a lot of good reviews. Got mine through Amazon direct so I could return it much easier if I didn’t like it. Had mine in a 2007 Touran. Pretty sure it had full integration with the canbus system and even provided a visual display for the parking sensors I didn’t have on the original head unit. But I didn’t have steering wheel controls so can’t say for sure if they worked.

I also had the DAB adapter on mine which worked better than I expected.

I’ve still got mine as I took it out when I traded the Touran in with the plan to transplant it into the next car but I’ve got a mk7 Golf now and it won’t fit.

    Regards

    Scott
