    Help please folks!

My 2.7biturbo was working just great, I went round a roundabout with a hustle on and it kicked down (auto) and the engine died.
I coasted to a stop put it in N and tried to re-start it and it just cranks and no fire.

I checked fuse 28 for fuel pump and it is fine, and I read the engine speed while cranking via OBD in vag com and it rises quickly and stays cranking at 201rpm.

What do you guys think I need to check next?

Been back out to the car, it’s parked about 100 m from the house ☹️

I don’t see any rpm when cranking via the engine (G28) speed reading

But no error codes on engine

    Just a follow up...
You know how these thing go, get it fixed and forget to update!

Picked up a crank sensor form Parkers auto parts £18, not bad.
The resistance over the one in the car was not the same, so I assume d it was bad and swapped it out.
I also found a fuse gone, with the two changed, she was back to running normally same day
