Google Earth....never has worked

I have tried to make sense of what you need to get google earth working but it has always been greyed out as an option. All the online services work fine. Using a EE data sim.

Odd. Does it work when you provide a data connection via a USB connected phone, rather than via the SIM? Try that if not. MY dealer showed me that as a temporary setup when I test drive my car. You tell it in the MMI connection settings where the data comes from.

It happened to me when I made some mistakes in the Green menu. At that time the loading of the Goo[gle] text stopped at the very same position but unfortunately I don't remember what was the mistanke I made then. Probably it could help if you reset the factory settinngs for the NAV and the Telephone system in the MMI menu.
