It's says continental and audi symbol. Have i bought car with air suspension? When i start the car yellow icon in dash shows car with up and down arrow and then disappear. Also sound from trunk showing for few seconds.

Is it the compressor for the air bag suspension? I'd take a guess that this is what it is, based on what you have said about the arrow lights, the car raises up and down at certain speeds and can also be manually raised for off road terrain, I think that's your air compressor.

Mine has a moulded foam insert fitted there where some kind of amplifier or comm's equipment was originally fitted, I don't have height adjustable suspension, thank God!
