    Hi

I am trying to update the maps on my Q7

I go to MyAudi, download the package. That all works well. But when i then run the package I get an error

“JAR resources in JNLP file are not signed by same certificate"

    and the process stops.

Has anyone seen this? Any ideas how i fix it??

    Thanks

    Jon

It would appear Audi have failed to renew their certificate with Symantec. You can click to continue and download the 9KB Java file, then run that file to download the 13GB of update maps. There's another thread on this already.
