No the standard rims for the allroad BiTdi are 18"s... that's what I have. 19" may have been the standard on the later (facelift) sport but 20" were definitely an option you had to go for.
Don't really see the sense of 20" on the allroad even if you add the sport diff and dynamic steering stuff as it's simply not "that car".
I have 18" summers (stock) and a set of winters I bought from ebay.de - standard audi fare but after-market as there are loads for sale because Germany requires winter tyres so many manufacturers make winter wheels a checkbox on the order - easy to pick up winter wheels with barely used rubber.
I BELIEVE that the 18" are the smallest that you can have on an allroad BiTdi because the callipers will not fit inside anything smaller - and ignore comments on regular A6 SE BiTdi or whatever that say they have 17" (which may be the case) because the allroad has bigger rear calipers (apparently) to support the hill decent system (that I will never use).
A6 allroad BiTdi (MY14, July 2013 - DAB & power tailgate). Glacier white, tech pack (HDD Nav, colour DIS, Parking Plus), sports seats, 4 zone climate, heated seats front and rear, ambient lighting, 75L fuel tank, adaptive Bi Xenon headlights
