    Hi all

    I notice the oil level is close to lower level (electronic indicator) on my Q7 e-tron ( about 10kmiles, of that about 5k on ICE/ 5k electric) The user manual mentions both VW oils 507.00 & 509.00

    507.00 was always the spec on the earlier 3L V6 tdi, 309.00 looks to be a new spec.

    Question is, which do I use to top up/ which is in the engine shipped from the factory. I suspect 509.00, but the manual is ambiguous.

    507.00 , 509.00 is sparsely available and expensive .

    Anyone know the difference? I was wk seeing about this just to have a space and noticed dealer had left me 1L of 507.
