I have changed the right rear brake calliper, the rubber flexi hose and replaced the steel brake pipe which goes from the right rear to the left rear on my 2004 MK5 Golf 2.0GT TDI and I can't get any brake fluid to come through the bleed nipplethe pedal stays hard when I release the bleed nipple.

Take the hose off of the caliper and check you have flow out of the hose. What make are the caliper and hose and who made the brake pipe?

Have you disconnected the new pipe, copper is not a good idea, Kunifer 10 is far better as copper can easily collapse when it is bent.

You need to work your way forward right to the ABS pump if necessary and see where the obstruction is. I remember one chap I had with this about 100 years ago and he had put a Golf 1 on axle stands and then could not bleed the one of the back brakes after converting to discs, we found his axle stand had just caught one of the two metal brake pipes tucked up near the front chassis leg and crushed it but you could barley see it.

There is even a possibility that new pipes and hoses have plugs in their ends to keep them clean inside before installation.

It wouldn't be the first time someone forgot to remove them.
