Brake Calipers - Car shake?

Is it possible for a brake calliper to stick on at times, and hence cause vibration throughout my car whilst driving? I’ve had my car 4 wheel aligned , all wheels balanced. Brakes completely replaced but yet I still have vibration issues at times! It initially felt resolved, but over a few weeks now its starting to creep back. It could be I’ve just lost a weight on my wheel(s) since then, but Its driving me insane. Incidentally, my nearside front and rear disks were warped (confirmed by Audi), and was shaking quite violently when breaking, hence the replacement. Car had only done 13k miles at this point. Hence why im wondering; are the callipers sticking on as im accelerating and causing them to overheat/warp (eventually) and shake my car?

Is there simple way to determine the status of callipers through VCDS monitoring at all during journeys? Sometimes it feels acceptable, but sometimes it feels definitely worse!

They can indeed. Same horse, different jockey but the other half had the same issue with her Passat. Turned out to be the O/S front caliper sticking on accasionally. Replaced it, all the vibrations went away.

Blueing on the disc.

Rear disc I gather?

Its very common, front discs are less rare but does happen.

Stuck piston on calibers causing heat on the disc and left for a while will end up in a warped disc

I'm no expert but it's coming through the seat, so possibly rear yes.. I'm going to get rear wheels rebalanced again tomorrow just to again rule this out. But since I've just put new discs and pads all round I'll probably also nip into the garage amd seel advice.

Wouldn't be a warranty issue stuck calipers would it? Cars within 3 years.

I wouldn’t waste money Ona wheel balancing as by the text you speak of that won’t solve much.

Changing pads and discs will not resolve an issue of a sticking calliper(s), if that’s indeed ur issue.

Rear pistons on a callipers are threaded as you probably know if you have replaced the discs and pads of the rear, so my question is - was the piston stiff on rewind?

Both My nearside disks were warped and needed replaced. Hence wondering what caused that, suggestion could be sticking calipers. Not wanting to end up in the same warped position again soon so I'll take it to garage to assess

More than likely sticking rear callipers in this case then, or friction on the handbrake which will cause the same symptom of a stick piston calliper.

I had my brakes changed over the weekend (thanks shabazmo !)
We found on removal that the front drivers side inner caliper had seized so yes they can stick. In my case I did not have any vibrations but I thought I would answer on the question of whether they can stick
