That is going to be one hell of a job, as the carpet goes under all of the lower trim panels. Erwin is you best option as there is so much of the car you will need to take apart. It cost €7 euro for an hours access but you can save or print out all the documents you need https://erwin.audi.com/erwin/showHome.do

as mentioned its an extensive job:
    front seats out
    rear seat base out
    all side trims out
    centre console fully out

and then lifting out carpet over gear lever etc is a bit of a faff

Look into other ways of getting rid of the diesel as i know it probably stinks to high hell

Your never going to get rid of the smell, diesel is worse than milk and least you can water milk down. Diesel is very oily substance and you will never be able to get it out of the foam base of the carpet. I would be thinking about an insurance claim as a new carpet will set you back around £600 + labour costs which will be most likely more than the carpet.

It should be classed as accidental damage. I know of a Q7 that had a carpet replacement after 4 litres of milk emptied out all over the passenger side carpet, and the insurance did pay out.

A new carpet is £670 fitting should be a days labour charge. Ive removed the carpet in mine a few times mainly when i did the 4 zone retrofit. A used carpet from a salvage dealer will be very much cheaper. If you fancy a drive up to Manchester i can change it for you :-)
