    Hi,

Can anyone offer some advice. I bought a new air con pressure switch and went to fit it but realised the old one and the connector was damaged. The middle prong from the switch has snapped off inside the connector and the middle wire has come out, please see pictures below.

Can't find a reference for a replacement connector also not sure how it connects, does it unplug or would I need to resolder?

    Any advice appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Richard

Thanks for your reply. It does look that way... And my plan is to replace connector and switch just can't find a connector online with the numbers shown on the side of it, see below. Any ideas where I could get one?

Brilliant thank you. I was clearly doing an appalling job at looking, reading the numbers wrong...

Cheers Crasher. Does it seem strange that it has been damaged in this way? That the central prong has come out and wire broken? Thank you.

The switches leak R134a and the gas corrodes the pins, the plug is a general use part and we keep the repair wires for many areas and TPS keep a stock of even more. If you give TPS the plug number they can see the matching repair wires and you will need two as they are double endeded.
