DPF on Transporter 1.9 ??

Hi, I am looking to buy a transporter and thinking of avoiding DPF issues, I am confused as some people say no DPF on 1.9 others say option..,
I have the VIN number if anyone can help WV1ZZZ7HZ9H136469

Hi... Welcome to the forum

Looking at the parts system I would say that this VIN number is fitted with a catalyst but not a DPF... They do list one as a "retrofit" also the specification does not seem to show one fitted.

Thank you so much, is this information available to all ? Save me asking next time? The reason I ask is that I’m the pack it referred to cleaning of DPF but this year I believe was the cross over ?

As I say from what I can see it should not have one, just the catalyst but may just be work calling a dealer with the VIN and ask the question...
