Problem with Audi Connect: Might be Audi Server, or how to recreate User Account on MMI

Hi all
when I got my Q7 e-tron a few month ago I went through the process of creating the MyAudi account, downloading the Audi MMI app, etc. All worked as intended.

I mostly used used it to start charging or turn A/C on from the phone.

For the past few days I have no communication from phone app to car. I assumed a glitch, but still nothing this morning. I logged into MyAudi.com, and it still thinks my car in in the short term car park in Dublin Airport from Tuesday morning, at which time all worked OK.

So as both Phone app & MyAudi (PC) have the same information, either the car is not sending info, or the Audi server is in error.

So I thought it best to delete my user login from MMI interface and recreate, but this does not appear straightforward. I don't see any obvious "Delete user" or "Create New Primary User" options.

Can someone more familiar with the system point me in the right direction.

Just a thought, are you pairing your phone with your car before you set off, as I know it will not connect mid journey. Must be a safety thing.
