Low battery charge: battery will charge while driving

Hello guys I would appreciate your help in the problem I have if anyone knows what’s that

Today i went to start the car and low battery charge: battery will charge while driving came up, so I called AA and they charged the battery checked if something drained the battery and how many amps it uses after the car is locked. It looked like the problem was in the phone charger and they advised me to unplug the charger before I switch off the car.
The thing is after driving the car 4 hours at least the fault still comes on and in the mmi it says 0% battery even if I have battery.

Any suggestions what’s that come be ?

If your battery was dead, you need to charge it with a rectifier. How old is the battery? Is the generator working well? Any errors found with vcds?

Yes the battery was flat and AA jump started it and have a look for leaks. The battery is 3 years old the alternator charging it as normal should

Do you have vcds? Enter channel 61 battery and take a look at the readings. What is the battery state of charge(soc) and the actual current given by the generator?
