Can someone shed some light on how to disconnect this connector (on the attached pictures)

To put some perspective on this, my door deadlocked some time ago and remained that way, recently I gave those wires a push and the door magically unlocked afterwards, also there was water present in that plastic boot, so I am guessing that caused the issue with the locking??? I sprayed some contact spray into this connector, but after a few days the door again randomly locked up. After that I sprayed it again, but this time it didnt help (it did unlock 2 days later though).

So I would rather just disconnect it until I sort it out, not sure if its only the wiring or the lock is going bad?

    Any help/info is much appreciated
